Date and Time:
You are invited to be part of a program called Transition Streets that is being being offered under the auspices of a new Fort Collins Neighborhood Services pilot project called Neighborhood Connections and Transition Fort Collins.
Transition Streets is an exciting and informative and FREE 7-session program (with a handbook you can use in class and at home) which will highlight the City of Fort Collins resources for energy and water efficiencies in your home, as well as help you lower your carbon footprint through upgrading your household practices for waste, food, and transportation in your home and neighborhood. AND it will help residences and neighborhoods support the City of Fort Collins' Climate Action Plan.
There are many reasons to like this
program, but here are the main ones: 1) City staff will be doing presentations
on efficiency programs and that it will help you save money while meeting and
2) have fun meeting other folks who want to do something in their residences
and neighborhood to support the city's climate action plan.
Here is the schedule of meetings at a great Old Town location. If interested you must register no later than January 16th. Contact Janice if you need more information and register: lynnejanice at gmail.com 970-224-5560
