Date and Time:
Countless Muslims, Immigrants, LGBTQ individuals,
People of all Ethnicities, Veterans, Individuals with Disabilities, and Women
have had their very livelihoods threatened. We are coming together to show our
support that you are not alone in our community and we value you as equals, as
Americans. We see you, we hear you, we love you and we stand with you.
This event has grown quickly as we've experienced a ground swell of support from the local community and has taken on a life of its own! We understand that many of us are frustrated and angry about the uncertainty of what the future holds but this is event will not be an angry march through downtown. This will be a peaceful gathering of solidarity, unity, and love for those who need it the most right now.
Parking is going to be tight, so please be ready to park a fair distance from the park and make your way there. We recommend taking the Max if you're able to! Speakers will tentatively start at 3:10 to accommodate a bit of time for people to filter in.
This is a peaceful event. No exceptions.
